Sunrise of Boynton Beach

Situated along Florida’s Gold Coast, Sunrise of Boynton Beach provides assisted living and two levels of memory care to residents, fostering an age-in-place concept.

The resort style design features terracotta style roof tiles, Tuscan columns, and white trellis work. A progressive porte-cochère guides residents into the building’s interior where a coastal color palette and grand staircase welcomes them. Amenities include an activity room, theater, reminiscence area, and salon. A winding path featuring a patio along the rear of the building and three season porches allow residents and their guests to safely enjoy the outdoors. The design allowed for a local competitive structural system, which saved almost $1 million in construction costs.
