Dora’s family background in architecture and engineering fostered an instinctive attraction to the industry. This developed into a purpose-driven passion after learning about senior living design with Moseley in 1989. This domain of work made her realize that architecture could enhance lives on a tangible, personal level, as it has hers. As a leader in our senior living sector, Dora’s approach embodies this people-centered philosophy.

In her role, Dora collaborates with senior living clients and manages project progress to meet their unique needs. She brings a strong understanding of code and licensing requirements to every project she touches, which is integral to creating strong, long-lasting environments. Dora finds this goal humbling because of the stability, comfort, and vital resources these environments provide for their residents. Seeing the buildings in action and helping people thrive excites her, and working toward this outcome fuels her.
