Located on Chicago’s North Shore, the Atria Glenview community offers assisted living and memory care units to residents while maintaining distinct separation between both levels of care. The exterior features brick and steep roof line to align with local architectural, a requirement set by architectural review board approvals.

A grand porte-cochère accents the building’s traditional exterior design and welcomes residents and guests into the interior space. Tall ceilings and expansive windows allow light to flood in, providing a connection to the outdoors. The absence of corridors allows residents to flow organically through community spaces and provides them with a sense of freedom and opportunity to make their own choices.

The memory care courtyard is situated near the center of the building. A generous walking path offers memory care residents’ safe outdoor access.
