On Monday, Oct. 2, Moseley Architects will open for business in Greenville, S.C., making it their third office in the state and their twelfth in the country.
The new location is the farthest west the firm has expanded. This westward growth follows recent expansions north and south. In 2018, Moseley Architects added an office in Baltimore, Md., and the firm opened an office in Charleston, S.C., in 2020.
In Falls Tower at 355 South Main Street, the firm is amid the growing Camperdown development in downtown Greenville. It is one block from the city’s iconic Falls Park on the Reedy.
Shannon Calloway, AIA, will spearhead the firm’s Greenville operations. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in architecture and Master of Arts in architecture from nearby Clemson University, and previously served as an executive board member of AIA Greenville.
The new branch will position the firm to be closer than ever to regional clients that include Clemson University and Pickens County, S.C., while building new relationships in the southern Blue Ridge provinces of North Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia.
