Jason serves as Moseley’s chief operations officer and director of engineering, helping guide the firm’s daily functions and support business development. He brings decades of experience as a mechanical engineer to his current roles, offering a valuable perspective fueled by his core belief that—whether supporting the built environment through engineering efforts or serving as a leader for our internal team—people, above all else, are our greatest asset.

Jason brings a grounded, optimistic spirit to his work, inspiring others to join him in believing unsolvable problems do not exist. His unique background collaborating across all sectors allows him to serve as a bridge between them and gives him a well-rounded, aerial view of the firm’s trajectory while playing a role in the day-to-day details. For Jason, no two days look the same, which both challenges and energizes him. This motivates him as he helps the firm work toward its strategic goals and overall efficiency.

As a firm leader and a member of Moseley’s Board of Directors, Jason leads with humility and compassion. This approach stems from his conviction that all people—including internal staff, clients, and those our work ultimately serves—are inherently valuable. This core tenet drives his passion for helping the firm progress, as he believes growth is only meaningful when it creates a positive impact. The same principle applies to his internal leadership style. By building a culture that leverages individual strengths through mentorship and encouragement, Jason believes success on all fronts is inevitable.
