We provided a vision for the redevelopment of Barclay/Midway/Old Goucher in Baltimore City. A total of 180 new and renovated rowhouses and apartments have been provided to date since 2006. Working for developer Telesis Corporation, we developed a master plan recommending a series of streetscape improvements, open space opportunities and potential new infill residential to improve the identity and physical cohesiveness of the community.
The project includes renovation, new infill construction, three new mixed-use buildings on Greenmount Avenue, and rental and for sale housing. Several phases of the project have been implemented with the first phase being completed in 2011, and the third phase being completed in 2017.
