For over 40 years, Magda has dedicated her career to socially viable products and urban revitalization. Her belief is that impactful design solves multiple challenges, thoughtfully responds to a building’s context, and creates meaningful experiences for residents and communities. As a leader in Moseley’s multifamily housing sector, this design approach guides her team as they navigate affordable, mixed income, and mixed-use projects in close collaboration with clients.

Magda brings a love for art that complements her lifelong fascination with the built environment. The way this passion translates into tangible results is a constant source of inspiration. Her work designing a variety of multifamily building types, ranging from high-rise towers to neo-traditional neighborhoods, means those results have a direct impact on individuals and families, an outcome that is immensely rewarding for her. Her ultimate desire is for her designs to inspire delight and enrich lives at the personal, professional, and community levels.

Leading with practical wisdom and a positive outlook, Magda excels at turning design challenges into collaborative successes. She believes that building a well-rounded, confident team will not only contribute to a project’s success but will create an environment in which other professionals can thrive. Her mentoring role in the Moseley MINDS program further underscores her care for others and their futures.

In recognition of her contributions to the multifamily housing sector, Magda was named the Maryland Affordable Housing Coalition’s Person of the Year in 2017. While she is an honored and well-established leader in the field, she still seeks to embody a spirit of learning in all that she does. She commits to this approach, whether encouraging teammates or partnering with clients, as the best path toward truly valuable outcomes for the communities Moseley serves.
