Somerset Courts

The design team’s vision for the renovation of the Somerset Courts extension was to create a safe, accessible, and active site. The renovations reconfigured units, which once faced inward, to be accessed from the street. New units infilled between existing units help to reinforce the street front. Removing four buildings at the interior of the site created opportunity for a playground and green space, and more secure parking for residents and guests.
