Brian Wells

From a young age, Brian actively pursued a natural interest in electrical engineering through specialized academic and professional development opportunities. His focused career trajectory, influenced by an innate passion for the industry, eventually led him to Moseley. He has served the firm’s engineering team for almost two decades, currently overseeing electrical engineering production and quality control as our electrical operations manager.
His work spans all sectors within the firm, allowing him to apply his expertise across various building types, from government facilities to higher education spaces. Brian enjoys resolving project challenges through close collaboration with his team, and he finds deep satisfaction in completing tasks within each project’s budget and schedule. However, the most gratifying aspect of his work is seeing the tangible results of Moseley’s efforts in the buildings we design. The successful completion of projects that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally sound, while effectively meeting clients’ goals, is a significant source of fulfillment.
As Brian guides his team through each project, he leads with thorough communication, humor, and trust. He believes that exuding an optimistic spirit while supporting and acting as a resource to his team is key to providing impactful results. In Brian’s view, continuous learning is also integral to effective leadership; therefore, he remains dedicated to ongoing professional development.
