This 6,872-square-foot facility houses storage for general evidence, guns, drugs, money, and cold case files. It features spaces for evidence processing, workspaces for technicians, storage rooms, and a combination break room and conference room. The public areas of the building include the main building lobby and a conference room for return of personal property. The building’s exterior consists of brick, cast stone, and concrete masonry-bearing cavity walls. A prefabricated aluminum canopy covers entrances for the public and for staff. An inverted louver system screens the rooftop mechanical units.
