Eka designs senior living communities where aesthetics and utility harmonize. He believes excellence in design should not be confined by a building's purpose or type. His early exposure to construction through his father, a design-build contractor, helped shape his path in architecture.

Eka’s analytical approach combines unexpected influences: solving crossword puzzles hones his ability to utilize lateral thinking and consider problems from multiple angles, while tending gardens allows him to experiment with spatial concepts in nature and how man-made structures can better fit within it. Through continuous study of architecture, he refines these skills further. Rather than direct through instruction, he guides by example, demonstrating the techniques that elevate senior living communities.

His approach rests on three principles: creating beauty, ensuring practicality, and establishing permanence. From conception through completion, he develops buildings that enhance their natural settings. For Eka, true accomplishment lies in creating structures that feel inevitable—as though they emerged organically from their foundations, perfectly suited to their surroundings.
