The combination of creativity and analytical thinking within design drew Molly to her career in architecture. For over two decades, she has devoted her skills to Moseley’s K-12 sector, where she helps create sustainable, resilient educational spaces that benefit students, teachers, and the greater community. For Molly, this level of impact is deeply rewarding, infusing her work with a profound sense of pride and purpose. As a leader, she uses this motivation to guide her team with careful listening, thoughtful planning, and creative problem-solving.

Molly’s passion envelops the whole of K-12 design opportunities; from igniting curiosity at the elementary level to promoting independence in middle schools and multi-faceted learning in the high school environment, all while preparing students for the next phase of their academic lives. Whatever the building type, she enjoys crafting spaces that meet each school’s unique needs while helping students thrive.

She also believes that academic design should continually adapt to the demands of its stakeholders, effectively responding to new technology, emerging pedagogies, and modern student learning requirements. Her approach, therefore, prioritizes flexibility and creative solutions to support differentiated instruction, student engagement, and varied learning styles. She is driven to meet these challenges with integrity, working diligently with her colleagues to balance each client’s interests and achieve collective success.
