Jennifer's expertise lies in designing environments for children and seniors in our communities, meticulously planning how people move, interact, and utilize spaces. She excels at thinking several steps ahead, anticipating how current decisions will influence future outcomes.

Jennifer finds the intersection of designing for both ends of the age spectrum particularly fascinating. Despite their differences, both K-12 schools and senior living communities share similar programming needs, such flexibility, critical adjacency, and accessibility. This overlap allows her to apply lessons learned from one project type to another, enriching the process and resulting in more thoughtful designs.

Adaptability and flexibility are key strengths for Jennifer, enabling her to reprioritize and change gears as project needs evolve. Passionate about creating optimal spaces for living and learning, she approaches projects without preconceptions, drawing insights from their unique aspects to inform future solutions.

Jennifer believes in leading by example. She advocates for continuous learning and involves younger employees in various aspects of the field. She values the collaborative environment at Moseley, enjoying the opportunity to see her designs in use and iterating on feedback to improve future projects.
